about us.
Hi,
I’m Sy – with a federation of specialists we engineer the single, well-placed nudge that sets your next transformation in motion. We believe in organizations that breathe.
In places where teams don’t just deliver, but pull levers, move markets, and grow along the way.
Our playing field is systemic change. When mission statements gather dust, we take them off the wall and forge a sharp focus compass. OKR, Scrum, Kanban, Flight Levels, SAFe—methods are tools, not doctrine. We apply the right ones, so that architecture syncs with your business pulse.
Structure meets soul. Accelerating processes alone isn’t enough. We expose the fine threads of communication, install Radical-Candor loops, strengthen Emotional Intelligence, and enable spaces of psychological safety. Only when the human fabric holds does the machine truly hum.
Our promise: tangible impact. We facilitate change-initiatives that deliver more than fragmented to-dos—they ignite new narratives. Decisions are made consciously, responsibility lands clearly, and every team member knows why they get up in the morning.
What’s left when we’ve gone? A self-learning system that sharpens goals, detects obstacles early, and scales success relentlessly.
Curious how that plays out in your world? Let’s talk.

Agile in Practice — beyond the poster
Teams that live their agile roles report crisper collaboration, warmer customer feedback loops and a planning cadence that bends without breaking (Gustavsson 2016). Still, many firms cling to waterfall reflexes because culture and team autonomy lag behind the manifesto (Koi-Akrofi et al. 2019). We close that gap—method by method, habit by habit.
Emotional Intelligence — the hard ROI of soft skills
Logic ships products; EI scales them. The State of Agile report flags emotional-intelligence skills as pivotal for every successful roll-out. Capgemini finds returns “up to four times higher” where EI training is in play and, crucially, it fuels “openness to change” — the lifeblood of any agile system. EI drives performance at roughly twice the weight of IQ, accelerating decisions and productivity alike.
Psychological Safety — Google’s missing variable
Project Aristotle (Google, 2012) chased the secret of high performing teams and ended up on Amy Edmondson’s doorstep: psychological safety. When candour costs nothing, ideas multiply and failure turns into data. We foster those conditions first; everything else follows.
Mindfulness — focus as infrastructure
Research on mindfulness has exploded over the past two decades. The signal is clear: better attentional control, sharper emotion regulation, deeper self-awareness. The Search Inside Yourself impact report (2020) links mindfulness to higher engagement, richer collaboration and lower stress. In short: present people, better work.

And... State of Global Worklplace
"It’s time to rethink the role of the manager.
Manager engagement is the key to reversing declining productivity, improving employee wellbeing and unlocking trillions in economic potential. By redefining the role, expectations and support of managers, leaders can create an environment where managers thrive — and when managers thrive, so do their teams. The choice for executives is simple: Invest in the
future of management or risk the consequences of inaction."
